Mercersburg Academy’s Office of Summer Programs has announced registration for the 2018 summer season will open on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
Mercersburg Summer Programs has partnered with CampBrain to deliver an upgraded registration system that will allow families to manage every aspect of the registration experience. Highlights of the CampBrain system include the ability to enroll multiple children in different programs, a streamlined submission process for limited paperwork, and the ability to schedule automatic payments.
“We are excited to be able to enhance the registration experience for our families,” said Coleman Weibley, director of summer programs, “While registration is opening a little later than normal, I think families will appreciate the time we have taken to make these upgrades.”
Every family will be able to manage their camp registrations, paperwork, and payments through one family account. This account will be created at the beginning of the registration process. For the 2018 summer season, all families will need to create a new account, even if they attended a Mercersburg Summer Program previously. Once created, this account will be used from year to year to manage existing or add new registrations.
Earlier this year, the Office of Summer Programs revealed its schedule for the summer. From the popular Mercersburg Adventure Camp and sports instruction to academic and artistic opportunities and a four-week experience tailored specifically for students from abroad, summer programs offered by Mercersburg Academy in 2018 promise fun, enrichment, excitement, and skill development.
