Yesterday TAC finally got to have their chance at Hershey Park. There wasn’t a single non-rider  in the group, which needless to say, made it a very exciting day. Click HERE to watch a video of Gespard riding a roller coaster!

Today was the last full day of session one. Which as tradition has it, means…. time for Slip n Slides! These past few weeks would be culminated in nothing less than this most anticipated water wars activity of camp. I think this year’s new tarp helped us reach record speeds going down the hill today. I am, of course, sad to see this session end, but I couldn’t think of two better activities to help us go out in style!

]]> Everything is coming to a close here for session two. I can’t believe it! It’s all going so fast.

These past few days have been incredible. The TAC went to Hershey Park two days ago…IMG_0155

Yesterday, the last full day of camp, was jam packed!

MACs and TACs had a Slip-n-Slide… of course! It’s tradition…. and my favorite day of camp!

It’s hard to believe two sessions of camp have already come and gone…good thing we still have one more left!

]]> As usual, there is never a dull moment here at Mercersburg Summer! There has been so much going on with the camps I can barely keep up!!

The Junior Wrestling camp just finished this past week… just in time for a brand new session of swimming to start up!

And of course, I can’t forget the Karate Kids :) They came in this week as well. It is a huge group this year!!! Watching them practice made me wish I had a belt of my own.

Over at Adventure Camp,  the MAC’s got to go to Hershey Park on Sunday. It was a bit rainy, but that didn’t stop anyone from having a great time! All of the rides stayed open. The trip was a definite success!

In the meantime, the TAC’s were busy on the ropes course learning some team building skills. They got some of the best weather that we have had at camp so far this summer! I don’t think a single person didn’t climb. These kids are fearless!!
