The heat can’t stop our Fun!
It was another hot one out there today, but with the help of a lot of water and Gatorade the campers had a great day! Both the MACers and Teens were outdoors today as well as enjoying some of the A/C during their enrichment classes. Some of those included the Mystery of Magic, horseback riding, the Wild World of Animals and mountain biking.
Last night was the kick-off of the historical Hurricane vs Tornado rivalry! Campers were assigned to thier teams and kicked of the first competition with a game of capture-the-flag! The game ended in draw due to the days fading sunlight before any flag was captured.
Also, it was Ryan’s birthday yesterday! Happy Birthday!
Lastly, we have made an update to our Flickr site to ensure the safety and privacy of our campers. No worries, we still post to flickr everyday, but now you must be signed in with our special family account to see the photographs. An email was sent out yesterday with the username and password, feel free to share it with any friends or family!
